Welcome to ONE-CONTRACT™. By creating an account, accessing our website, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
ONE-CONTRACT™ provides a digital asset platform that allows verified users to deposit USDT, earn daily rewards based on active deposits, and request withdrawals in accordance with our published policies. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to use digital asset services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Deposits must be made in USDT to the wallet address provided on the platform. The minimum deposit is 3 USDT unless otherwise stated in your dashboard or official announcements. Only one active deposit may be held per user at a time unless the platform explicitly allows otherwise.
Daily rewards are calculated using a simple interest model at the published rate on your active deposit balance. Rewards are credited automatically and do not compound into your principal unless you choose to redeposit withdrawn funds as a new deposit.
Profit withdrawals are available on a 7-day cycle. Capital withdrawals may be requested subject to a minimum investment period of 7 days and processing times of up to 72 hours, depending on treasury liquidity, security review, and compliance checks.
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful activity, money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, or any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or fail compliance requirements.
ONE-CONTRACT™ may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For questions, contact support@one-contract.com.
