User Agreement
ONE-CONTRACT™ is a private investment platform that uses participating users' digital assets to engage in various digital trading and cryptocurrency-related business activities. Eligible participants may receive rewards in accordance with the terms of their selected plan.
We are committed to operating our business responsibly and implementing internal controls designed to safeguard users' assets. The company aims to conduct legitimate business activities and does not intentionally misuse participants' assets.
Participation on the platform is entirely voluntary. All investments involve risk, and users are strongly encouraged to diversify their investment portfolios rather than rely solely on a single platform or investment strategy.
ONE-CONTRACT™ employs a diversified portfolio strategy, a simple-interest reward model, and other risk-management measures intended to support the long-term sustainability of the platform. However, while we strive to reduce risk wherever reasonably possible, we cannot guarantee that the platform is entirely risk-free. By participating, users acknowledge and accept these risks.
To use the platform, users must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in their jurisdiction.
Residents or persons located in the United States of America are not permitted to use the platform. We also do not accept users from any country or jurisdiction where participation in our services would violate applicable laws or regulations.
By registering for an account, depositing assets, or using any service provided by ONE-CONTRACT™, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this User Agreement and all applicable platform policies.
